As an (ICT) Information Communication Technology professional, Ladi has over 17 years of varied professional experience, spanning Hardware and Server, Software and Enterprise Solutions, Applications Developments, Management and Business Intelligence solutions in the ICT Industry. He is the principal director that established Pacific Access in year 2000. He has spent a combined 18 years in different roles and position in the company and has constantly undergone various IT related courses and professional development to keep up to date with modern and global trends in the industry. Over the years, Ladi has acquired deep knowledge and excellent understanding of various aspects of the ICT business in a variety of roles; IT Support and Consultancy, Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, ICT Training and Capacity Development, Project Management and Software Development services to businesses and government across verticals in Nigeria. He has a sound understanding of the Nigerian ICT business environment.

An Accountant by training, a chartered banker by Profession and a business man. Fola has 30 years post qualification experience in banking and financial matters at Union and Intercontinental banks. He is presently chairman of TOF Nigeria Ltd and Port Shammah investment Ltd. He has an MBA in Finance and oversees all financial matters with Pacific Access Ltd.

Adewunmi is a Mass communication graduate and has a combined 10 years combined customer service experience with Airtel call center and Ikeja Electric connect points. She pioneered with us at our Olowora connect point since January 2018 and lead the teams at both connect stores. She has strong communication and interpersonal skills, experienced in client support and customer care, good problem-solving skills, detailed and highly organized.

Yetunde is a marketing graduate and has a combined 7 years customer service experience with both Benin and Ikeja Electric Energy distribution companies. She joined our Igbogbo connect point since January 2020 and has risen through the ranks to presently lead the team at the connect store. She has strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in client support and customer care, and is empathetic and diligent in handling and resolving customer complaints.

Joseph is a Business Administration graduate and has a combined 5 years of customer service experience with Pacific Access and Ikeja Electric Connect points. He joined our Olowora Connect point in January 2019 and has risen through the ranks to presently lead the team at the Connect store. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in client support and customer care, good problem-solving initiative, and is detailed and highly organised.
